We, the American People, call for a THEFT TAX.

We the American people realize that the government needs to raise revenue to pay for the running of our government, as well as to encourage positive social purposes in America.

We the American people are tired of the greed and corruption in our financial system and government.

Accordingly, we the American People demand that there immediately be instituted a THEFT TAX.

Theft tax will be applied to all who have been extraordinarily enriched by financial institutions as well as other entities determined to be a nexus of theft from the American people. These individuals and or entities include, but are not limited to, people or other entities who have worked in financial institutions, lobbyists, our elected officials, non elected officials as well as consultants to these entities or people to include but not be limited to lawyers, accountants, financial consultants, etc. Financial institutions include but are not limited to banks, S&L’s, investment companies, insurance companies, hedge funds, mortgage businesses (including all quasi government entities), etc. In the near future we will specifically identify entities and individuals considered central to the abuses to be addressed by the THEFT TAX.

We, the American People, demand that the THEFT TAX be set at 70 PERCENT of excessive bonuses, excessive total compensation received, political contributions as well as benefits given in the form of stock, warrants, options, etc. during the past 30 years.

We, the American People, demand that those who have put us in this financial mess in Wall Street as well as Main Street pay their patriotic share to get us out of the mess.

We the American people already paid our fair share in income, property, death and other taxes

Now is the time for the THEFT TAX!

Let us be clear, the THEFT TAX is a tax, not a punishment, of those who have been unreasonably enriched at the expense of the very stability and survival of the American People. To be clear, the THEFT TAX is a tax. The THEFT TAX is aside from, and in addition to, all legal remedies that will be had in the years to come.

We the American people demand that the United States government file a quarterly THEFT TAX return to the American people.

USE OF THEFT TAX RESTRICTED TO THREE USES ONLY.

We the American people demand that TEFT TAX be used equally as follows; 1.) one third of the THEFT TAX revenue to fund social security, 2.) one third of the THEFT TAX revenue to fund the cost of Wall Street bailouts and most importantly 3.) one third of the THEFT TAX revenue to be immediately paid back to every American citizen without delay. All THEFT TAX amounts paid to American citizens will be exempt from all federal, state and local income and other taxes.

We the American people demand that THEFT TAX not be directly or indirectly paid for by any insurance plan or fund, or by any individual or entity other than the individual or entity subject to THEFT TAX. In particular, government plans or coverage for elected as well as non elected officials and others may not be used to pay THEFT TAX. Simply put, all THEFT TAX will be paid directly by the individuals or entities that are obligated to pay THEFT TAX without exception.

We the American people demand that our government enact the THEFT TAX with the same level of urgency as used in their latest $700 billion Wall Street bail out.
